The foremost eligibility criteria to get a home loan is, you have to be an Indian citizen. Looking into your age, you can have age between 23 and 62 (salaried individuals) and age between 25 and 70 (self-employed individuals). Step 6. Legal and Technical check: In this step, they will send their representatives to your property site for checking.
