Eligibility criteria for Home Loan:

  • The foremost eligibility criteria to get a home loan is, you have to be an Indian citizen. Looking into your age, you can have age between 23 and 62 (salaried individuals) and age between 25 and 70 (self-employed individuals). You should have at least 3 years of work experience as a salaried employee or at least 5 years of business continuity in current business in case of self-employment. The minimum salary will be based on your city. Moreover, you should have a CIBIL score of 750 or higher.

Documents required for Home Loan:

  • KYC documents, any one among the Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar card, Voter Id card.

  • Applicant's Employee ID card

  • Salary slips of the past 2 months.

  • Bank account statements for the past 3 months (salaried) or 6 months (self-employed).

  • Document proof of the business of minimum 5 years (self-employed).

Procedure to get the Home Loan:
